I am a certified coach, licensed counselor, and dedicated guide passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential and create meaningful, lasting change. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, coaching, and personal development, I bring an integrative approach that blends positive psychology, somatic practices, and evidence-based strategies to support growth, healing, and transformation.
Helping people feel seen, understood, and empowered has always been at the heart of my work. Over the years, I’ve worked in roles ranging from counseling and group therapy to professional coaching, professional and community education, and program development. These diverse experiences have shaped my holistic, client-centered approach, which honors each person’s unique journey and aspirations.
My work focuses on helping individuals overcome challenges, spark personal growth, and move toward the life they envision. Together, we’ll uncover your inner strengths, build self-awareness, and navigate life’s complexities with clarity and confidence. I’m honored to walk alongside you on this journey while helping you create a life aligned with your values, strengths, and aspirations.
A Journey Rooted in Personal Transformation
The path to becoming a coach and therapist has been deeply personal and transformative. Each individual I’ve worked with—each story, challenge, and success—has enriched my understanding of growth and healing. Through my own experiences and professional training, I’ve come to appreciate the profound power of self-awareness and the growth process.
Before Philos Wellness, I gained extensive experience in clinical settings and teaching roles. My background in diverse healing modalities, combined with advanced training in positive psychology and somatic practices, has given me a deep understanding of how the mind, body, and spirit work together in transformation. At the core of my approach are compassion, trust, and collaboration, creating a supportive space where clients can navigate their unique journeys with clarity, confidence, and a sense of empowerment.
